HMLC Additional Policies for New 990 Tax Compliance

Aloha everyone,
Below are the new policies combined into 1 document for your review. The Executive Committee will be required to approve and recommend to "adopt" these new policies with or without revisions to the full board. My sincere apologies for the short time limit, however, deadline for approval and acceptance is preferrably 5/7/10. Our 990 Taxes are due on 5/15/10.
